GREENVILLE - The 78 unit multi-family affordable housing complex will be located in the 2100 block of Traders Road.
There was some opposition to the site expressed Tuesday.
One council member voted against the resolution, while representatives with an existing senior residential community in town said the facility is not needed. On the other hand, local resident Steve Bridges stated he had been trying to find a place for his parents to live in Greenville for two years without success.
