Sulphur Springs writer Sharon Feldtwill edit a new magazine about people in Northeast Texas, "The Fencepost." She says it will feature positive stories about the region, and will be published by the Community Chronicle, a regional newspaper with a similar philosophy. The first edition of "The Fencepost" is coming out in December.
