WOOD COUNTY - The driver of an SUV is sought after a hit and run left a pedestrian hospitalized.
The incident occurred at around 10 p.m. Tuesday in Wood County. The condition of the victim was not immediately known.
The suspect vehicle, which was last seen on Hwy 69 north of Mineola, is described as a late model white Chevrolet Avalanche with black plastic trim and 20 inch stock rims. Authorities say the vehicle should have damage to its front end and/or damage to its right front quarter panel.
