Texas A&M-Commerce economics professor Dr. Dale Funderburk says Texas employers are having a difficult time finding people to fill open jobs, particularly in construction. He says employers are beginning to provide their own training programs to fill the need for workers, and the Texas public schools, colleges and universities must provide more better trained students to keep the economy going.
