Dr. Kent Montgomery, head of the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Texas A&M-Commerce, says the annular solar eclipsethat occurs between about 3 and 8 a.m. Thursday (June 10) will not be visible in Northeast Texas, except via television or streaming video.
