Southwest Airlines will allow employees to request an exemption from the COVID-19 vaccine rather than force unvaccinated workers to use unpaid leave.

  • Attorney for Rodney Reed (convicted in the 1996 rape and murder of 19 year old Stacy Stites in Bastrop, TX) says new evidence suggests Stites could have been killed by her fiancé at the time, former police officer Jimmy Fennell.
  • Commerce Police and the City of Commerce invite the community to drop off old and expired prescription drugs with them on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. as part of a national Drug Take-Back program.
