Commerce – A trial begins Monday in connection to a shooting last year in Commerce. Howard Weatherall Jr. of Commerce has pleaded not guilty to a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection with an alleged shooting of a male victim last September. He has also pleaded not guilty to one count of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. Jury selection in the case begins Monday.
