Greenville – A Greenville man is scheduled to go to trial for his alleged role in a local robbery. Steven Derek Franklin is one of two individuals who allegedly participated in the robbery of the Greenville K-Food Mart in May 2007. Franklin pleaded not guilty to the charge in August. During a hearing Tuesday, trial date in the case was set to begin December 8.
