Commerce – A Commerce aggravated assault suspect has been found mentally incompetent. Terrence Anthony Roundtree reportedly rammed his head through the glass portion of a courtroom door in August, following a court appearance regarding his alleged assault of two Commerce Police Officers. Roundtree Monday was found mentally incompetent and was ordered to treatment in a mental health facility. No formal hearing was required, as neither the defense nor the prosecution sought one and neither side opposed the ruling. A review hearing is set for April, 2009.
