Mt. Vernon – Arsenio Desmond Petty is sentenced to life in prison without parole for the murder of a Mt. Vernon woman.
Petty is said to have killed 18-year-old Rabeca Ray Kemp during a botched robbery at a Dallas smoke shop.
24-year-old Maurice Antione Hall, of Allen, is also facing a capital murder charge in the case.
