Greenville – A prison sentence is handed down in connection to a Hunt County theft.
Shawn Wayne Mobley, of Merit, entered a guilty plea to a charge of theft of property, the value of which exceeded $20,000.
Under a plea bargain arraignment, Mobley was sentenced to three years and six months behind bars. He was facing a maximum sentence of up to ten years in prison.
Mobley is said to have stole three four-wheelers from a property in December 2007.
