Greenville – A Hunt County jury has returned a not guilty verdict in the theft case of a Wolfe City man.
Richard Lee Fuller was alleged to have stolen swords and sheaths from Greenville in May 2010. The not guilty verdict was returned following a one day trial.
Four witnesses had been suspended to testify in the case, including Wolfe City Police Chief Jimmy Doolin.
