Greenville – A Kaufman County woman, alleged to have sexually assaulted and even set two children on fire, has pleaded guilty.
A punishment hearing for Misty Laverna Dale Mayo, of Kaufman, is set for July 14.
Mayo had been charged with multiple counts of indecency with a child, aggravated sexual assault of a child and injury to a child.
Charles Dwayne Mayo Jr., of Terrell, has agreed to plead guilty to the same charges, with sentencing in his case set for June 23.
