Greenville – The Hunt County Grand Jury has issued murder indictments against two men in connection to a July shooting in Greenville.
Antonio Derrance Fletcher and Devin Eugene Royal, both of Greenville, are alleged to have killed Javon Newman at an apartment complex. Newman died after being transported to a hospital.
Witnesses to the shooting identified Fletcher and Royal. The pair was arrested two days later in Dallas.
At last report, Royal remained in custody at the Hunt County Jail on $1.5 million bond.
