GREENVILLE - There's a new head of the Greenville Board of Development.
Greg Simms was appointed as the new president and CEO Tuesday. He currently serves as director of business retention and emerging technology for the McKinney Economic Development Corporation.
Simms will replace retiring Board President Ron Robinson on October 3.
Simms previously served as vice president for real estate lending at Highlands Bank in Dallas and vice president for economic development for the Garland Chamber of Commerce.
