HUNT COUNTY - Two East Texas men are in custody following a chase Thursday through Hunt County where speeds topped 100 mph.
An object tossed out of the vehicle during the chase proved to be three pounds of marijuana.
The vehicle, occupied by an 18-year-old Pittsburg and 28-year-old from Gilmer resident, was eventually stopped near the FM 275 bridge in Cumby after traveling for a couple of miles on eastbound Interstate 30.
