GREENVILLE - 354thDistrict Court Judge Richard A. Beacom made the ruling Tuesday in the case of Brandon Dale Woodruff, who’s currently serving a life sentence for killing his parents near Royse City.
Strands of blonde hair found in Woodruff’s mother’s hand at the murder scene near Royse City will now be sent for testing. Brandon had dyed his hair black on the day of the killings.
