PARIS - A five-year-old has been hospitalized after being struck by a motor vehicle while riding their bike in Paris Monday afternoon.
Curtis Garrett, public information office for the Paris Police Department, says a witness reported the accident at about 4:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of NE 17th Street. The unidentified child was flown by Eagle-Med to Children’s Hospital in Dallas for treatment.
An investigation is underway. No word on the condition of the child or whether police have made contact with the driver.
