CUMBY - The Department of Public Safetysays the Wednesday collision of pickup and commercial vehicle in Hopkins County has killed 33-year-old Martin Ruiz-Herrera.
The accident report by Trooper Billy Hailey indicates the victim was traveling in the pickup along CR 4721. The accident occurred at a railroad crossing near Cumby at around 5:30 p.m.
Ruiz-Herrera, a resident of Point, was pronounced dead at the scene.
