The Eighth Annual Christmas in the Park at Cooper Lake State Park Doctors Creek Unit will be held this Friday and Saturday, Dec. 12th-13th from 5 -10 p.m. each evening. The Texas Parks and Wildlife organizers and the Friends of Doctors Creek Park invite the public to drive through and experience the festive decorations at each campsite. On Saturday night from 6-9 p.m. Santa will be at the Park and there will be refreshments served.
The cost this year is just $5 per vehicle. This will be a special donation to the Friends group to help upgrade the shelters in the park.
