Hunt County Districts Share in Afterschool Grant

A pair of Hunt County school districts are sharing a $1.5 million grant  for afterschool programs. The Commerce and Boles ISDs will get money from an Afterschool Centers on Education, or ACE grant over the next four years.

Commerce ISD got the bulk of the grant money – it will have $850,000 a year for the next few years to bolster enrichment programs. Boles will get $650,000.
