Commerce – The Commerce Tigers hit the road tonight to face the Paris Wildcats. Commerce is coming of a 55-0 win over Community last week, while tonight marks the season opener for Paris. Commerce barely edged out the Wildcats last season 17 to 14. Kick-off is set for 7:30, with live coverage here on 88.9 beginning at 7.
The A&M-Commerce Lions host the Tarleton State Texans tomorrow for their home opener. The Lions will be hungry for the win after dropping their first game to Southern Arkansas 7 to 14. This week marks the first game of the season for Tarleton State. The Texans defeated A&M-Commerce 42 to 16 in last season's meeting, gaining 419 total yards on offense. It will be a test for the Lions, who are hungry to get their season rolling in the right direction. Kick off is set for 6pm Saturday at Memorial Stadium in Commerce, with live coverage on 88.9 beginning at 5:30.
