Greenville – The Herald Banner reports that Cliff Copeland has been named the new Finance Director for the City of Greenville. Copeland has served as Assistant Finance Director since May 2008 and is a graduate of Texas A&M University-Commerce. Copeland will oversee the Finance Department, Information Technology, Municipal Court, Central Services and Fleet Maintenance.
