SULPHUR SPRINGS - Longtime Hopkins County deputy Bobby Neal has announced he'll seek the democratic nomination for Precinct 2 Constable.
Neal currently serves civil papers for the Sheriff's office and has been in law enforcement for the past 23 years.
Incumbent Larry Argenbreit recently announced he is retiring from the post after 16 years of service.
