COOPER - City of Cooper Mayor Scotty Stegall announced Monday the tennis courts at the City Park were finished with renovations. It is all in part of the Public Recreation Site Harmon Park II Project funding assistance from a portion of state sales tax on sporting goods through the Local Park Grant Program.
This program is administered by the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department. The project totals $150,000 with funds divided equally between the City of Cooper and the State of Texas.
