Coffee shops at every other corner of America have done much to expand appreciation of caffeinated delicacies, but purists say there are right and wrong ways to make "True Cappuccino."

Mary recalls the best, and the worst Italian coffee drinks she has found in her journeys, and finds the perfect blend of espresso, hot milk, and steamed milk-foam in the unlikeliest of places.
