Listen to audio from an awesome trophy blue catfish trip earlier this week at Lake Tawakoni.

Luke joined his friends David Hanson, catfish guide with www.littledsguideservice.com,  and Eric You on the water. Several big blue catfish were landed and released, but also plenty of smaller fish were kept that will make the centerpiece of a mega fish fry soon. Also, hear about a recipe for guisado using ham meat.

Outdoors With Luke Clayton is heard Saturday mornings at 5am on KETR.
