A Wood County man is pronounced dead following an accident near Lake Quitman over the weekend.
The two vehicle accident at the intersection of FM 515 and CR 1415 resulted in the death of 56-year-old James Bryant Latham Sr. of Quitman. He was transported to ETMC in Tyler where he was pronounced dead.
State Troopers say Latham’s motorcycle hit the rear of a vehicle making a left turn.
