SULPHUR SPRINGS - The new Sulphur Springs Middle School is now about 85 percent complete and should be ready for move in by the summer vacation.

The School Board heard a report from architects this week. Only minor items remain to be done such as interior aluminum framing, bleachers and acoustic panels.

The 160,000 square foot facility got behind schedule late last year. The original completion date allowed for officials to begin moving by over the winter break.
