July 28 deadline for new CASA volunteers

Lori Cope, the volunteer coordinator for the Court-Appointed Special Advocates of Hunt County, CASA, says Tuesday, July 28 is the deadline to apply for training to become a CASA volunteer.  The volunteers represent foster-care children in court and otherwise maintain a close relationship with the children.
