Commerce High marching band preparing for new season

Derek Price of Greenshoot Media in Commerce is a volunteer with the trumpet section of the Commerce High School marching band as they get ready for the 2015 football season.  Derek is a former All-State trumpet player at Kilgore High School.  Derek says the CHS band is preparing a show called "Gypsy Caravan" based on the opera "Carmen" by Bizet.  As a member of Hunt County Public Art, Derek says new projects are continuing in downtown Greenville and in the Commerce City Park, and proposals for projects next year are now being received.
