United Way assists children's programs, literacy education at Commerce Public Library

Hunt County United Wayexecutive director Frances Dalbey says the United Way supports the Commerce Public Library's children's programs and adult literacy programs.  Frances notes that anyone in Hunt County can use the services of the Commerce Public Library by obtaining a library cards.  Frances also discusses the Hearts and Hands fund raiser Friday, August 28 at the Big Sky Event Hall in Royse City.  She says among the auction items at the event will be autographed photos donated by actors Dustin Hoffman and John Travolta and an autographed fiddle donated by Charlie Daniels.
