Last Thursday afternoon Delta County officials gathered to complete some of the final steps necessary in receiving grant funding from FEMA.
Delta County Emergency Management Coordinator Monty Hobbs signed some of the final paperwork for Precinct 2 and Commissioner Gary Anderson to receive an estimated $42,800 for repairs made. Assisting at the signing was Mark Brewer and Lindsay Kempner with FEMA and Barron McLeod with the State of Texas along with Delta County Administrative Assistant Tanner Crutcher.
