'Scout Reach' Brings Boy Scout Experience To Boys At Two Greenville Schools

Frances Dalbey, the executive director of the Hunt County United Way, discusses "Scout Reach," a program in which boys receive scholarships to participate in the Boy Scouts.  The program operates at the Carver and Travis Elementary Schools in Greenville with the support of the United Way.
