Cooper Revieweditor Cindy Roller relates the story of a person charged with painting graffiti in various places in the city of Cooper who has quite an artistic talent.  Also, the city has new signage welcoming visitors to town.  A clean-up week is scheduled for April 21-25 in Cooper.  And the city has a new semi-pro football team, the Northeast Texas Raptors.
