Bonham Mayor Roy Floyd says construction is well underway on new construction and a partial renovation at Bonham High School.  That project is valued at $30 million and the restoration of the Fannin County Courthouse in downtown Bonham is estimated at $17 million, giving a major boost to the city's economy, the mayor says.  Also, a new industry, Renlita Doors, has recently started operations.
