Frances Dalbey, the executive director of the Hunt County United Way, says the Celeste ISD recently donated a used bus to the UW, and she hopes it will become a second Mobile Learning Cafe operating in the northern part of Hunt County this summer.  The existing Mobile Learning Cafe is operated in conjunction with the Quinlan ISD and provides meals and educational enrichment activities for children in the summer.  Frances also says the ramp-building program of the Golden K Kiwanis in Greenville is the latest program adopted by the United Way.
