Dr. Funderburk: Texas Can't Afford For Border To Close; Rural Internet Needs To Improve

Dr. Dale Funderburk, Texas A&M-Commerce economics professor, says because 37 percent of Texas exports go to Mexico -- Canada is second at 9 percent -- the state cannot afford for the border to be closed in an effort to address the immigration situation.  We also discuss an article highlighting the need to develop better Internet services in rural areas of Texas.
