Wolfe City – Progress is reported in the investigation of a Delta County murder. A Wolfe City man may be charged with capital murder in connection with the shooting death of his estranged wife. Ricky Allen Barnett has admitted to killing Cynthia Anne Barnett inside her Cooper home in June.
