DALLAS - State Troopers have been informed that the driver who wrecked while on his all-terrain vehicle early Sunday in Hunt County has died.
The victim has been identified as 20-year-old Keith Kip-Dalton Radabaugh of Royse City.
The accident occurred at about 12:30 p.m. Sunday along County Road 2514 near the Cash Community. The report says Radabuagh’s ATV ran off the road and hit a tree. He was flown to Parkland Hospital in Dallas where he died.
