'Palcohol' poses risks to kids, others

Texas A&M University-Commerce associate professor of counselingDr. LaVelle Hendricks warns that powdered alcohol, marketed as "Palcohol," and recently OKed by the Food and Drug Administration, poses considerable risk to children, and could create problems for organizations concerned with controlling the use of alcohol.
