Commerce mayor Dr. John Ballotti discusses details of the arrangement for citizens of Commerce to use the pool at the Morris Recreation Center on the Texas A&M University-Commerce campus this summer.  The mayor says the future of the municipal pool at City Park is doubtful, but it's unlikely the pool can be repaired.
