Commerce ISD likes results of STAAR tests

Commerce ISDDirector of Curriculum and Instruction Charlie Alderman says the preliminary report on STAAR testing of students in the CISD is encouraging, although the official, complete results won't be released for some time yet.  Also, he discusses plans for the implementation of "endorsements" for students entering Commerce High School this fall.
