Booming energy sector has Commerce ISD, others hoping for a boost in funding

Commerce ISDsuperintendent Blake Cooper says the booming Texas energy industry, boosted in a major way by the controversial practice of fracking, may mean a boost in funding for Texas public schools when the state legislature meets year.  But he's not taking that for granted.
