CommerceMayor Dr. John Ballotti says the City Council is considering a new set of building codes for the construction of homes in Commerce, establishing minimum standards.  The standards require homes to have exteriors made of brick, masonry or stucco, and a minimum size of 1,000 square feet, depending on the zone in which the home is built.
