Permitting process ongoing for beer & wine sales in Delta County

Cindy Roller, the editor of the Cooper Review, says the permitting process is underway for retail stores wanting to sell beer and wine in Delta County, after voters approved such sales in May.  And Delta Hope House, the county's food pantry, is raising money to support its growing services.  The organization served about 1,800 families in Delta County last year.
