Our wellness commentator, Velvete Womack, owner of the Fire and Ice Spa in Commerce, reflects on advice for enjoying the holidays, including New Year's Eve, and the New Year ahead.  One suggestion is to remain in the moment, not to be overly preoccupied with things of the past or the future; also to practice forgiveness; and to find the opportunity to laugh.
