Biofeedback Helps Us To Control What's Happening In Our Bodies

Our wellness commentator Velvete Womack, owner of Balanced Newtrition in Rockwall, says biofeedback is a way for individuals to learn to control certain functions within the body, such as high blood pressure.  People are trained to learn biofeedback techniques, and Velvete says there's less of a need to attach electrodes to the body in order to measure their responses.
