How Would Student-Athlete Endorsements Affect NCAA Division 2?

Texas A&M-Commerce Athletic Director Tim McMurray discusses recent moves toward allowing student athletes to receive payments for endorsements.  Tim says this would have a greater effect on NCAA Division 2 athletics (including A&M-Commerce) than many might think.  The subject will be discussed at the NCAA convention later this month.
