Lake Caddo offers a smorgasbord of fishing opportunities and for many years Luke relied on his long time friend guide Billy Carter to keep him informed and to supply fuel for his articles in newspapers and magazines. Billy passed away a year or so ago and with his passing went a lifetime of fishing and hunting knowledge pertaining to this beautiful part of Texas. Luckily, Dottie Carter, Billy's wife, put Luke in contact with guide Chaz Warren who grew up on the lake fishing with older guides such as Carter and Henry Lewis.
